Returns & Exchanges

Items with custom or player printing cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product is faulty.

If a player changes their name, number or leaves the club for any reason, we are unable to offer a refund or exchanges on this shirt. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery

Please note any orders consisting of an item that requires printing may require up to an additional two days to dispatch from our warehouse.

Sizing

Please ensure you obtain the correct size before printing as we are unable to exchange or refund after letters and/or numbers have been applied to personalise your item. Number, letter and patch sizing may vary depending on shirt style and size.

Printing

We reserve the right to refuse to print shirts that we deem offensive or abusive. If necessary, a member of our customer service team will contact you to discuss your choice and request an alternative. Please note this may delay delivery of your shirt.

Washing Instructions

In order to preserve your personalisation, we advise that personalised shirts are washed inside out and without fabric conditioner at 30 degrees. Do not wash within the first 24 hours.
